Staff party for 3,000 healthcare heroes
On 19 June, the doors of Expo Haarlemmermeer swung open. After a creative communication campaign, it was time to swap the white coat for a festival wristband.
We created a festival for 3,000 guests. The Executive Board kicked things off with Pump up the Company, and on the main stage The Originals delivered a dazzling show. Around the grounds: a vinyl party on the dodgems, the Bingo King and areas with something for everyone. In between the food trucks, staff gave their own workshops to new colleagues. Grand finale: the LocoLoco Disco Show.
A merger is serious work; you build connection by celebrating it together. Seriously fun. After this evening, the new organisation could head into the future with fresh energy.
