Team Menzis goes for gold!

We turned the reception hall of the Menzis head office in Wageningen into a TV studio. No meeting room with lukewarm coffee, but lights, pace and that healthy tension: 3, 2, 1… live.

When 900 colleagues logged in, they didn't get yet another online meeting. They stepped into their very own Olympic Games. Sofie van den Enk at the desk. The Buzzmaster worked overtime with polls and sharp questions.

We rarely take the easy route. Engagement only comes when people are truly awake.

It worked. The energy around the new course burst through the screens. Strategy can be light and tight at the same time. By doing it 'seriously fun', a corporate kick-off became something people still talk about today.
