To execute the agreement, we need this personal data to facilitate your participation in an event, hotel accommodation, catering preferences, and invoicing. Furthermore, we have a legitimate interest in this data to address specific requests.

We retain this personal data until the agreement with you has been executed and for up to 7 years thereafter, partly because the tax authorities require us to do so.

We collaborate with certain companies. These partners may therefore receive your personal data. They will only use your personal data for the execution of the event and to inform you in a tailored manner.
