Organising a company party?

We dream up and organise the most fun company parties. Since 1998.

Work hard, party harder!

On the work floor it's all there: talent, humour, pace, team spirit. You just don't always see that reflected at the party. What you get then is a tidy evening that runs fine but says little. While a company party is exactly the chance to make your culture tangible.

Good internal champions get that. Not by getting lost in catering, lighting and technology themselves, but by bringing in someone who has mastered this craft and dares to make choices. Then it's no longer a "nice outing", but an evening people recognise as you. And one that's still talked about on Monday, because it rang true.

Why a bold concept is often the smartest choice

"Safe" sounds comfortable, but predictable works against you. If it feels like last year with a different logo, little sticks. Seriously fun means: surprising at the front, tightly organised at the back. And we don't build it as a single evening, but as a journey: before, during and after.

We work from three components:

Identity: what do you want people to feel and tell about you? We translate that into one clear through-line, not a standard theme.
Concept: we turn it into one story. Think of a save-the-date that sparks curiosity, a programme with pace, and an aftermovie that keeps the conversation going.
Production: we arrange planning, suppliers, technology, safety and timing. So the evening runs and no one has to save the day.

That way the party isn't a stand-alone thing, but something talked about for a hundred Mondays after.

Peace of mind, grip on the evening, a strong case for the management team

When you're responsible, you want certainty. No stress over logistics, no gaps in the programme, no awkward silences. You want a plan that's right, clear roles and a team that delivers it while you simply stand among your colleagues.

We keep it simple internally too. With a clear budget, a risk overview and agreements on what we measure, you can present the decision well to the management team or board. And afterwards you don't just have a successful, fresh evening, but also proof of what it delivered: more connection, more pride, more energy.
