In Alphen aan den Rijn, an ordinary festival site briefly became the beating heart of Alrijne Hospital. The build-up did its work: 2,500 colleagues were itching for their anniversary.

The smell of street food in the air, glasses clinking together, a buzz everywhere. And: a thirty-piece orchestra blasting disco hits across the field. The moment of the evening came from within: colleagues who leapt onto the stage as a reborn ABBA act. The applause lingered a while between the tents.
