For those who want it bigger: the Klokgebouw and the Beursgebouw (Vibes) offer capacity for hundreds to thousands of guests. Eindhoven scores highly on accessibility. Eindhoven Airport is the second-busiest airport in the Netherlands and connects the city with dozens of European destinations. Ideal if you're expecting international guests. From the airport, you're in the centre within fifteen minutes.

By car, Eindhoven is reachable via the A2, A50, A58 and A67. The city sits centrally between Amsterdam, Brussels, Düsseldorf and the Ruhr area. The central station is within walking distance of Strijp-S and the centre. There are direct intercity connections to Amsterdam, Utrecht, The Hague and Maastricht.

Parking is well organised at most event venues. Many venues at Strijp-S and the High Tech Campus have their own parking facilities. For larger events, we can arrange shuttle buses from the station or the airport if you wish. Logistics are rarely a problem in Eindhoven: the city is set up for it.

The costs for a corporate event in Eindhoven vary widely. A small-scale team day for 30 people needs a different budget than a congress for 500 delegates at the Evoluon. As a guide: reckon on €75 to €250 per person for a well-organised corporate event including venue, catering and a basic programme.

Venue costs in Eindhoven are generally more favourable than in Amsterdam or Rotterdam. Strijp-S and other Eindhoven venues offer sharp rates, especially on weekdays. The High Tech Campus has its own facilities, so you need fewer external suppliers. That brings down the total price.
