Which formats suit a rebranding event?

A rebranding event launches your new brand positioning with staff members, customers or both. The choice starts with audience and goal: internal, external or a combination.

For an internal launch: a kick-off with a reveal moment, storytelling and an experience in which staff members physically experience the new visual identity and values. Duration half a day to a full day, for 100 to 1,000 participants.

For an external launch: an exclusive client gathering, a press moment with brand experience or a public-facing pop-up. Scale: 50 to 500 invitees, often in the evening. Expect around €200 to €600+ per person ex. VAT for 100 guests.

The strongest rebranding does both: a single internal moment for buy-in and a single external moment for positioning. Both built from the same concept.
