A venue that feels like a break from your daily work environment. For groups up to 30 people, an intimate special venue works best: a country estate, a renovated factory, a special restaurant. For 30 to 80, a venue with a flexible layout that allows plenary and working-group setups. Above 80 you choose a production venue where you can build the story with technical production and styling. Avoid standard hotel venues: they show no ambition and don't push your team out of their usual mode.
