A good hall for an indoor company festival has at least 5 metres of clear height for rigging. Also needed: sufficient power for AV production and good loading and unloading facilities. In addition, the floor load must be able to handle stages.
Popular choices: industrial real estate (warehouses, factories), large event halls and former factory halls with character.
