Which cost models do event agencies use?

Agencies work with three models. A percentage of the budget is transparent and scalable. A fixed project fee is predictable and gives no surprises. An hourly rate means you only pay for the hours worked. At Live Impact we prefer to work with a fixed project fee for maximum transparency.
