A complete event run sheet contains six parts. First, the contact list, which always goes at the top. Then come the minute-by-minute timeline, the technical cues, the catering moments, the overrun scenarios and the communication arrangements.
The contact list shows the name, role and phone number of everyone who plays a part on the day. Because if something goes wrong, you have no time to search.
