How do you process participant feedback after an event?

Participant feedback is gold: it shows what value you've added and where things can improve. Collect feedback at three moments. During the event via a QR code. A few days later via an email survey. And in a direct conversation with key participants. Categorise feedback into themes: venue, content, speakers, catering, timing and follow-up. Read every comment and look for patterns. Are you getting a lot of feedback on one topic? That's priority number one. Thank participants for their input and share your follow-up actions: this builds loyalty. Negative feedback is just as valuable as positive: it points you to blind spots. Live Impact processes feedback structurally and actively involves participants in improvements.
