You don't copy a concept, you copy the thinking process.
Start with what you want to see different in your organisation on Monday. Translate that into a one-sentence message. Work out which behaviour that message asks for. Invent a situation in which that behaviour emerges, not performed. Only then do you choose venue, speakers and décor.
A common mistake is wanting to copy a great example from another company one-to-one. That rarely works. Your context is different.
