Drinks reception: around €25 to €55+ per person. Walk-in drinks reception (2 hours): around €35 to €60+ per person. Lunch or day session: around €20 to €45+ per person. Walking dinner: around €80 to €125+ per person. Gala dinner: around €120 to €220+ per person.
Catering typically makes up 20 to 40 per cent of the total event budget. All amounts excluding VAT.
