An award show costs around €400 to €900+ per person ex. VAT for 250 to 500 guests. For 500 to 1,000 guests, expect around €300 to €800+ per person. All amounts excluding VAT, including venue, catering, entertainment and production.
An award show is production-intensive: lighting, sound, video, presenting and a professional crew. That's why prices p.p. are higher than for a regular party.
