The IDEA quality mark is the independent quality mark for Dutch events agencies. It is awarded by IDEA, the trade organisation for professional events agencies in the Netherlands. An agency with this quality mark meets objective requirements in four areas. Financial solidity, professional business operations, up-to-date craftsmanship and client focus.
The quality mark is externally assessed, periodic in nature and specific to the events industry. Those three characteristics make it relevant. A client knows that an agency with the IDEA quality mark has been externally assessed. No self-declaration, but independent evaluation. That provides certainty with larger budgets and complex assignments.
