When do you plan an energiser in your programme?

Plan energisers at predictable energy-dip moments:

Right after lunch, between two long programme components, after an intensive brainstorm, and as a transition from formal to informal.

Don't use them: right after emotional topics, when energy is already high, or with an audience with physical limitations. Plan them as a structural part, not as an emergency measure.
