How do you make a vitality event fun instead of compulsory?

The key is freedom of choice and experience. Offer multiple activities for participants to choose from themselves: not everyone has to do a boot camp. Make it inclusive: if your grandma can join in, you're on the right track. Invest in atmosphere and catering (smoothie bar, fresh bowls). Communicate in advance that it is an investment in them, not a compulsory HR programme. And bring in an events agency that sets it up as an experience, not a training session.
