A staff trip is intended for the whole organisation or a large part of it. The goal is connection, team building and appreciation for all staff members. An incentive focuses on a select group: top-performing staff members, sales teams or partners who have achieved a specific goal. The character differs too: a staff trip usually has a programme with team activities and shared moments. An incentive is more luxurious and more personal, with more free time and exclusive experiences as a reward. Both formats span multiple days, but the audience, the goal and the tone are fundamentally different.
