What is the difference between a kick-off theme and a kick-off concept?

A kick-off theme is the creative packaging of your message: the name, the feeling, the colour. A kick-off concept is the total experience: the programme, the venue, the entertainment choices, the structure of the day.

The theme is the narrative thread; the concept is how you weave that thread through everything. You can have the theme 'Dare'. The concept determines whether participants experience that as a challenge or as an empty catchphrase.
