An agenda is a timeline with topics. A programme is an orchestrated experience. An agenda says: from 9.00 to 9.30 a.m., opening. A programme says: we start in the middle of the story with a film clip. Then the CEO with the one sentence that defines the year.
You notice that difference immediately in the room. You read off an agenda. You experience a programme.
