How do you make the opening moment itself special?

The opening moment is the heart of the party. Ribbon, button, screen, crane: that moment decides whether the place lands in the visitor's memory.

Three criteria make an opening moment strong. Visibility: everyone in the room must be able to see it, including those standing at the back. Identity: the moment is tied to who you are as a company. Photographability: one frame captures the whole moment.

A balloon release doesn't meet criterion two. A ribbon is too small for 300 visitors. A crane placing a company logo on the façade, a light show that transforms a space, or a builder pulling away the last scaffolding are truly yours. Short official parts work better than long ones: fifteen minutes in total is enough.
