For a gala dinner with round tables you calculate 1.5 to 2.0 m² net per person. For 150 people that is 225 to 300 m² net. Add the deductions: stage (±25 m²), bar (±15 m²), cloakroom (±15 m²), aisles and technical production.
Total net requirement: 280 to 355 m². Converted to gross (divide by 0.65): look for a hall of at least 430 to 545 m² gross. Are you also planning a standing get-together before the dinner in the same space? Then add 10 to 15% as a buffer.
