Yes. We include transport planning as a standard part of our event production. We analyse the accessibility of the venue and assess whether a shuttle is necessary. We also arrange the parking advice and the parking communication. Finally, we coordinate the transport logistics on the day itself. We make sure guests arrive well and leave well.
