Knowledge lands better when participants are having fun. Alternate substantive sessions with informal moments: a drinks reception, a music act, an interactive experiment.
Create movement in the programme. Presenting while standing, walking around the space, working in small groups. A good chairperson ties everything together and keeps up the pace.
