A congrestival combines the content of a conference with the atmosphere of a festival. The costs are therefore higher than a standard conference. For a compact congrestival of 200 to 500 people we usually reckon on 50,000 to 120,000 euros. For larger editions with multiple stages, external acts and festival production it rises to 150,000 euros or more.
