A good pitch document for an event agency contains, at minimum:
- Context about the organisation and culture
- The occasion and the goal of the event
- Date and venue preference
- Audience (who, how many, background)
- A description of the desired programme (or what you leave open)
- The available budget as a range
- The preconditions (region, restrictions, fixed suppliers)
- The selection process (timeline, how many agencies, when the decision)
The more concrete the brief, the more relevant the proposal.
