The cost depends on the scale, the format and the complexity. A town hall for 100 staff members at an external venue typically costs €5,000 to €15,000. That covers venue, technical production and catering. A tour across multiple sites or an experiential event with theatrical elements can run up to €50,000 or more.
More important than the budget is the goal. A change that doesn't land well costs more: turnover, resistance and lost productivity. That costs more than the investment in a well-directed moment. Start with the question of what the event should deliver, and build the concept from there.
