How many reminders should you send for a corporate event?

Three reminders is the standard. Three weeks ahead: substantive, with a programme preview (aim: curiosity). One week ahead: practical, with venue, parking and dress code (aim: lower the threshold). The day before: short and personal (aim: activate).

More than three quickly starts to feel like spam. Fewer than three is a missed opportunity. Three reminders are experienced by attendees as a service, not as a nuisance.
