How often should you organise employee engagement events?

There's no fixed formula. A rhythm of two to four moments per year works for most organisations. Think of a big annual event as your anchor: the staff party or an inspiration day. Add smaller in-between moments like a team day, a kick-off or informal drinks.

The key is consistency. You don't build engagement with one big event per year. You build it with a regular pattern of attention and connection. For large organisations with multiple sites it pays to vary the scale. Big together and small and close by.
