Measure success on multiple levels. Direct: visitor feedback via surveys and Net Promoter Score. Mid-term: social media reach, free publicity and brand awareness research. Long-term: brand preference, client loyalty and purchase intent.

Also measure reach via sharing on social media. A good brand experience generates organic content as visitors share their experience. Set KPIs in advance so you can evaluate afterwards.
