A knowledge event works for 30 to 1,000+ participants, but the format has to scale. For 30 people: an intensive workshop day. For 100-300 people: a festival setup with 4-8 parallel sessions. For 500+ people: a full event production with multiple halls, tight logistics and professional direction. The key is that interaction is maintained, the larger the group, the more parallel sessions you need.
