The quality mark is valid for three years. After that, a full reassessment follows according to the same structure as the first assessment. Dossier, audit, decision.
In between, IDEA asks annually for an update of the financial key figures and client satisfaction data. That prevents an agency from sliding between two assessments without anyone noticing. In case of serious shortcomings, the quality mark can be withdrawn. That happens rarely, but is a real sanction. It's precisely that possibility that makes the quality mark credible.
