There's no universally best format for a corporate Christmas party. But for every team there are better and less good choices. Guidelines:
Small team (10–30): an exclusive dinner at a beautiful restaurant, optionally with a cooking workshop or wine tasting. Medium team (30–150): a themed party at an external venue, with entertainment and catering. Large team (150+): a full event with multiple zones, activities, live music and a central show. Remote or hybrid team: combine a digital kick-off with local mini-events per location, or organise a shared travel moment.
What all successful Christmas parties have in common: a warm programme moment (recognition, looking back, looking ahead) and enough space for informal connection.
