In principle not with a running engine or gas stove. But many trucks offer a serving concept: cook outside, serve inside. Electric trucks are sometimes allowed indoors provided ventilation is up to standard.
A covered walkway to trucks set up outside is also a good solution. Always check the fire safety rules at your venue.
