Can you use the same event name for several years?

Yes, and it's often a smart move. A name that sticks builds recognition. People start looking forward to it before they know what it's about. They say: 'Horizon? That was brilliant last year, I'm going again this year.' That's exactly the effect you want.

So preferably choose a name that's reusable. Not 'The Big Dinner 2026', but 'Horizon'. You can use that name again next year with a new theme underneath.

That doesn't mean you have to make every edition identical. The name stays, the slogan and theme change per edition. That way you build a tradition without it becoming predictable.
