For events of up to 200 guests, two certified first-aiders with a complete first-aid kit are usually enough. For 200 to 500 guests: a minimum of four first-aiders and a fixed first-aid post. Above 500 guests, bring in a professional medical service. The same applies for higher-risk activities such as sport, water or extreme heat. That service provides emergency response officers, an AED and possibly a nurse. Always make sure the first-aid post is visible. Every team member must know the full address of the venue in case 112 has to be called.
