How many attendees can you involve in a culture-change event?

It depends on your approach. Small groups (20–50 people) lend themselves to deep sessions with lots of interaction. Larger groups (100–500+) are possible with a smart programme structure: plenary moments combined with breakout sessions and parallel tracks.

For a cultural shift across a whole organisation, you sometimes work with several editions in succession.
