Start from the event concept and the identity of the organisation. Ask yourself three questions: what's the occasion for the event (anniversary, product launch, kick-off)? What atmosphere do you want to convey (informal, exclusive, energetic, understated)? And which brand identity or sector sensitivity fits? Translate those answers into a colour palette, material choice (wood, metal, textile) and a single leading motif. That motif returns at the entrance, on the tables and at the stage. Décor that doesn't work from a concept feels random, even if each element is beautiful on its own.
