Virtually all agencies quote B2B excluding VAT (21%). That makes sense because business clients can reclaim VAT. So watch out: 50,000 euros excluding VAT becomes 60,500 euros including. When comparing quotes, always check whether the price is excluding or including. Some items (such as entertainment expenses) are partially non-deductible, so ask your accountant which part of the VAT you can really reclaim. We always show VAT explicitly in the budget so you know what your cash flow is doing.
