When is the best time for a supplier day?

The start or end of Q1 is the best time for a supplier day. The annual plans are set, operational pressure is manageable and suppliers can block out a day without it hitting their peak periods. September and October are good alternatives, but you compete more with other events then. Avoid December, the summer holidays and the first week of January. Plan at least 8 to 12 weeks ahead and send the save-the-date as early as possible.
