Two large healthcare institutions merged early this year and are looking for a moment to connect employees. Live Impact devised and produced the Fusion Festival for 3,000 frenzied guests at the Expo Haarlemmermeer.
After an extensive communication process, guests entered festival grounds on 19 June. The area was divided into different sections, so there was something for everyone to enjoy.
After a spectacular opening on the main stage by the men of Pump up the Company and the members of the Board of Directors, guests could attend the vinyl party on the Botsbaan, the Austrian umbrella bar, the wacky Bingo King in the arena and the various workshops organised by the employees themselves. Numerous food trucks scattered around the site took care of the culinary aspect.
The evening ended with a performance by the Originals and the LocoLoco Discoshow.
