We respect the privacy of people who provide personal data to us. We will keep the personal data you provide secure and confidential. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG), the Telecommunications Act and other privacy regulations.

In this privacy statement, we inform you about the purposes for which we use your personal data. We will process the personal data obtained only for the purposes for which they were provided. Furthermore, we explain how we use your personal data and what retention periods we use

What personal data do we process from you and for what purpose?

We process those personal data that we need for your participation in an event. In many cases, we will then ask you for the following personal data: the participant’s name, address, place of residence and telephone number, gender, date of birth, title, position, name of a company and bank details (if required for payment or security). We need this personal data to offer, deliver and invoice our services for an event.

We will not provide your personal data to third parties without your prior consent, unless it is required to do so by law or court order or in case of any other vital interest on your part. With the latter, you can think of health data if you become unwell during an event.

In order to execute the agreement we need this personal data, to enable your participation in an event, overnight stay in a hotel or catering requirements and invoicing. In addition, we have an interest in this data to answer specific requests.

We keep this personal data until the contract with you has been fulfilled and up to 7 years thereafter partly because the tax authorities expect us to.

We work with certain companies. Thus, these partners may receive your personal data. They will only use your personal data for the execution of the event and to provide you with customized information. If partners are located outside the European Economic Area, we always ask for your consent before they receive your personal data.

Third party websites

On our websites you will find links to other websites. This privacy statement does not apply to them. This also applies to the social media buttons that appear on our website. These websites may have different privacy policies over which we have no control. This privacy statement applies only to personal data that you provide to us (personally or through the website). You are responsible for clicking on these buttons and disclosing your information.

We use the personal data provided only for the purposes described above. We may provide your bank details provided by you to third parties for the purpose of payment execution. This third party, as processor, is also obliged to comply with the privacy rules which we have laid down in writing.

Contact form and Newsletter

The contact form allows you to ask us questions. By using the contact form, you consent to us contacting you to set up an appointment or send you targeted information.

You have the option to subscribe to our newsletter. For this purpose, we use your phone number, email address, name.

We have a legitimate interest in retaining this data to reach you. We will retain this personal data until we are sure that your questions have been answered and then for up to six months for any follow up conversations.

You can subscribe to our newsletter. You can cancel this subscription at any time. Each newsletter contains an unsubscribe link.
This data will be kept for three months after you cancel your newsletter subscription. You can also send an email that you no longer want a newsletter.

Sensitive information

We will remove any special personal information (health, race, etc.), if possible, from inquiries, complaints or other matters.

We do not collect special personal data, such as data about your health (or other special personal data) unless it is necessary for the execution of an event and then only with your consent.


On our website, we use cookies. Cookies are small text files that are placed on your PC, tablet or cell phone by an Internet page. This happens immediately when you visit our website.

We use the cookies on our website primarily to make our website function better.

Where we ask you for your information on our website, it is in order to properly answer a question, or because you are signing up for something. The Privacy Statement may be amended by us from time to time. This Privacy Statement is governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court.
