An executive and management team went out on the open sea to conduct a real rescue operation. After extensive instruction and the joint creation of a rescue plan, the time had come.
The boat of the Royal Dutch Rescue Society sailed at full speed to the spot where two canoeists had gotten into trouble. By working well together, the team managed to get the canoeists safely back to shore.
We came up with the plan and organized the meeting.
