The industry association Transport en Logistiek Nederland is celebrating its 25th anniversary at the Submarine Wharf in Rotterdam.
Preceding the afternoon programme is the special Young TLN event. Peer Swinkels, managing director of Swinkels Family Brewers, tells a fascinating and inspiring story about entrepreneurship within the special family business.
As the conference opens, guests see an innovative opening show that fuses dance and video. Maarten Bouwhuis, known from BNR News Radio, leads the eight hundred attendees through the conference programme, which is dominated by the current themes of ‘Sustainability’ and ‘Innovation’. Chairman Arthur van Dijk speaks with minister Cora Van Nieuwenhuizen (IenW). The conference section ends with an inspiring performance by sports hero Maarten van der Weijden, who looks back on his Elfsteden swim earlier this year.
During the anniversary conference, there will be ample opportunity to visit the ‘Power Square’. Here, guests will be informed about the latest developments and innovations in the transport and logistics sector in a special way.
In the evening, the Joël Borelli XL-Band and Martijn Fischer (Hazes de Musical) will get everyone up on their feet and waving their hands in the air.
