The champagne bottle and the bow

Months of hard work have gone into the new ship. The christening ceremony is an important final moment before the ship is launched.

You have invited your most important guests and the boat is ready to be christened. The sponsor utters the blessing and the champagne bottle heads towards the bow. Problem: it doesn't break.

Unfortunately, this happens often in practice. Just not with us. Because with our very own Champagne Crusher, the champagne bottle will always be broken at the christening.

You only really get one chance to christen your ship. So it has to be spot on.

That’s why you’re looking for a partner who has experience in devising and organising boat and ship christening ceremonies. Who knows what’s involved and translates that into a seamless execution.

A perfect christening ceremony
